Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of use of this service and the rights and obligations between the Company and users. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of this service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Service" means the web service named "Mochiyori Seisan" provided by the Company
• "User" means all persons who use this service
• "Event" means a billing management unit created on this service

Article 3 (User Registration)

Registration is not required to use this service. By accessing the service and creating or participating in an event, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of other users of this service or third parties
• Acts that place an excessive load on the network or system of this service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service
• Unauthorized access to the Company's network or system
• Acts of impersonating a third party
• Acts of using another user's ID or password for this service
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of this service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases:

• When performing regular or emergency inspection or maintenance of the computer system related to this service
• When this service cannot be operated due to failures in computers, communication lines, etc., operational errors, excessive access concentration, unauthorized access, hacking, etc.
• When this service cannot be operated due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, wind and flood damage, power outages, natural disasters, etc.
• When the Company deems it necessary to suspend or interrupt the service

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.

This service is a tool to assist in calculating settlement amounts between users, and does not guarantee the accuracy of calculation results. Final confirmation of settlement amounts and execution of settlements shall be the responsibility of users.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The Company may change the content of this service without prior notice to users.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms without individual notice to users if the change is in accordance with the general interests of users or is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately determined by the Company.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court.
